Aj joined in the juniors camp last April held in our church. He was so excited a week before. During the camp he met new friends and was so excited to join in any contests. I visited him once in a while because hubby and hisbrother Em2were there too. During the last night he joined in the talent contest. He won 2nd place because he played his favorite flute and he did it well. He was given 100 Php and was so glad he received it. He wanted to watch a movie but I opted to buy a cd because it was a 3d show and quite expensive.
AJ in a Camp
Our 8-year old AJ is again joining another camp. Last week I shared about his interest in joining Youth Camp all over Visayas Island. He was the youngest of course. Again this week he joined another camp in our church — “Juniors’ Camp (aging 9-12). Although he’s younger than the rest but he’s bigger than other children older than him.
He was so excited that he joined any games, even search for best camper and the talent show. He was given an award — ‘best presentation.’ I was not with him and the group because I’m still recuperating from my operation but I’m enjoying every time his Papa (father) would tell me something that happened. He also joined the talent show last night. He is already starting to go out of his shell because I have noticed when he was studying in school that I still need to push him to join some activities. But now, he’s different, he learned to be on his own and do his best. I will show you some pictures when they’re done tomorrow.
