We’re amazed of how AJ learned and wrote in Thai language. When we’re in Thailand we sent him to a local school where he learned to speak the language. This was his penmanship. According to the Thai teacher, AJ could write well than the locals. There was one occasion when we asked AJ to write in Thai all of our orders. The person who took our orders was smiling to see him writing in Thai. It boosts his ego and was so glad to learn and study Thai language. But sad to say we left before he finished his one year in kindergarten. We went back home and

AJ is now asking for a gift in case he will be on top 10. It’s still fresh for me to think of it since the school had just started I don’t think I could think of it. Anyhow, I told him that I wanted him to be on top 1, and he silently made a sigh!!! Although I didn’t force him but a sort of, lol!

He wanted to but he’s not sure since many words in Filipino that he could not understand. But he said, he will try his best to study and learn more.

He was blessed indeed. This is the story. When AJ was still small he used to stay at home when we’re in Thailand. He was only 2 years old when we went there. When he reached 4 we went home and wanted him to learn in the school where his Papa was working before we left to Thai

We never expected of AJ’s best performance this 2nd grading. We didn’t force him to learn especially Filipino because he just knew last year and this year was his best performance in school. He’s so excited to go to school and learn many things. His grades were all 90 and above. His Filipino before was only 86-89 but now it goes higher. He did well and learned many things.

The other day I was amazed when his cousin told me that AJ is top 1 in class. We’re glad how he adjusted so fast to his learning in school and how he soar in many ways especially in leading the Praise and Worship in their school activities. Thank God for all the blessings flow….

As what I have shared last time, AJ joined Quiz Bee in his school and was able to be on top 1 among others. There were top 10 students who will be competing tomorrow and will compete and the top 3 students will be an award. He wants me to attend but I’m afraid I can’t since I have my work and it’s hard for me to go out.

Anyhow, his Papa will be there hopefully and we’ll be praying for him as well. His cousin will also join and was able to be part of top 10 students who will be competing for the elimination round tomorrow. There will be 3 students or the top 3 will receive an award. It will be another level of competition for AJ. Last year, he was on top 3 and hoping and praying that he will still be a part of the top 3 who will be receiving an award. Will let you know right after the competition.

AJ, my 8-year old son, had joined the elimination round for Science Quiz Bee. I wasn’t able to be there since I had already a teaching job. A night before, he didn’t want to sleep unless we will review the lessons he learned from the 1st grading until this time. I asked hubby to give him extra time for review because I was still busy preparing for my lessons.

There were 38 students in a class in Grade 2. During the elimination round, the teacher gave 25 questions and there were 10 students who will be competing in the Quiz Bee contest that will be next month. AJ was able to top them all. He got 22 correct answers out of 25 questions, the 2nd got 18 and the 3rd got 16 (who was their top 1 in the class during the 1st grading period), AJ was only top 2 last time. He learned fast and enjoyed learning his lessons except for Filipino that he struggled at first. He would not sleep unless he’s ready for the test the next day. He even would cry if I fail to help him for his assignment. We were happy for him and his desire to learn more young as he is. God gave him the joy of learning and was blessed with an intelligent mind. Praise God – he’s blessed indeed together with his older brother Kuya Em2.
